Desired Skills & Experience

Required:

• XHTML / HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• PHP / Python / Node.js
• RDBMS (MySQL / PostgresSQL)
• MVC, REST, front end templating

Additionally:

• Develop pragmatically, with an eye to readability and re-usability.
• Have an understanding of basic data structures and OOP.
• Passionately advocate the DRY and KISS principles.
• Quick learner who loves to play with code and learn new things and creative problem solver.

Bonus:

• NoSQL knowledge
• Node.js (express framework)
• Handlebars / Backbone/ AngularJS / etc.
• Linux / *nix development environment
