We provide three tiers of 24&#215;7 Technical Support ranging from End-User Support, Installation Support, and Network Support. Candidates are required to have troubleshooting skills in Network Connectivity, both Wired &amp; Wireless. Must also possess a good understanding of the most popular operating systems \/ devices \/ applications; Some examples include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows (7\/8\/10,11)<\/li>\n<li>Apple Mac or iOS (iPhones, iPods, iPads, Mac Books)<\/li>\n<li>Android (phones \/ tablets)<\/li>\n<li>Email clients (Outlook, Windows Mail)<\/li>\n<li>Browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge &amp; Internet Explorer)<\/li>\n<li>Gaming systems (Playstation, Wii, Xbox)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is also desired. Ability to multi-task is needed.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"p\">This is a Tier 1 position which includes, but is not limited to, end-user support. A+, Net+, or other certifications are a plus but not required. Internal advancement is encouraged.\u2002We offer very flexible schedules and a dynamic work environment.
