This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering technology solutions that improve the guest experience and operational efficiencies for hospitality partners.<\/p>\n<p>The role is responsible for both new business development and account management, with a primary focus on proactive outreach, partner engagement, and expanding Ovation\u2019s footprint within the hospitality industry. This individual will work directly with hotel ownership groups, management companies, and property-level decision-makers to identify needs and provide Wi-Fi infrastructure, managed network services, and complementary technology solutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify and pursue new hospitality sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused on hotel owners, management companies, and independent operators.<\/li>\n<p>        Conduct discovery calls and consultative meetings to assess technology needs and pain points.<\/li>\n<li>Present tailored solutions including Wi-Fi infrastructure, managed services, phone systems, guest entertainment, and connectivity solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and operational capabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Account Management &#038; Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hospitality accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with ownership groups, general managers, and property management teams.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular account reviews to identify upgrade opportunities, refresh cycles, and additional service needs.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively engage existing customers to drive retention, upsells, and long-term partnership growth.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues and strengthen partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience (hospitality or technology sales preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in consultative selling and relationship-based sales.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build trust with ownership groups and operational stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing sales cycles and multiple opportunities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, organized, and highly driven to succeed.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Telecommunications, managed services, or hospitality technology experience is a strong plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A true \u201chunter\u201d mentality with the ability to open doors and create opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Someone who understands the value of long-term partnerships, not just transactions.<\/li>\n<li>A strategic thinker who can align technology solutions with business outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>A go-getter who takes ownership, follows through, and is motivated by growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Ovation Networks?<\/strong><br \/>\nAt Ovation Networks, we believe great technology starts with great people.
