We are looking for motivated team players to become part of a growing company. company. We provide three tiers of 24×7 Technical Support ranging from End-User Support, Installation Support, and Network Support. Candidates are required to have troubleshooting skills in Network Connectivity, both Wired & Wireless. Must also possess a good understanding of the most popular operating systems / devices / applications; Some examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Windows (7/8/10,11)
  • Apple Mac or iOS (iPhones, iPods, iPads, Mac Books)
  • Android (phones / tablets)
  • Email clients (Outlook, Windows Mail)
  • Browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge & Internet Explorer)
  • Gaming systems (Playstation, Wii, Xbox)

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is also desired. Ability to multi-task is needed.

This is a Tier 1 position which includes, but is not limited to, end-user support. A+, Net+, or other certifications are a plus but not required.
