Ovation Networks is seeking a driven, relationship-focused National Account Manager to help expand our growing hospitality Wi-Fi and technology services business. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and delivering technology solutions that improve the guest experience and operational efficiencies for hospitality partners.
The role is responsible for both new business development and account management, with a primary focus on proactive outreach, partner engagement, and expanding Ovation’s footprint within the hospitality industry. This individual will work directly with hotel ownership groups, management companies, and property-level decision-makers to identify needs and provide Wi-Fi infrastructure, managed network services, and complementary technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new hospitality sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline focused on hotel owners, management companies, and independent operators.
- Present tailored solutions including Wi-Fi infrastructure, managed services, phone systems, guest entertainment, and connectivity solutions.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and operational capabilities.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct discovery calls and consultative meetings to assess technology needs and pain points.
Account Management & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hospitality accounts.
- Build strong relationships with ownership groups, general managers, and property management teams.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify upgrade opportunities, refresh cycles, and additional service needs.
- Proactively engage existing customers to drive retention, upsells, and long-term partnership growth.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues and strengthen partnerships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience (hospitality or technology sales preferred).
- Proven success in consultative selling and relationship-based sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust with ownership groups and operational stakeholders.
- Experience managing sales cycles and multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, organized, and highly driven to succeed.
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools.
- Telecommunications, managed services, or hospitality technology experience is a strong plus.
